Food Tips for the 24 Day Challenge

In addition, here are a couple recipes I made that I thought were awesome!:



A lot of times I made a large recipe for dinner at night and ate leftovers for lunch the next day or so.  I also made grilled chicken and had it hand to add on salads for lunch a lot. 
A COUPLE BIG POINTS:
·         Drink a TON of water!!!  Half of your body weight in ounces every day.
·         Make sure you are eating 6 times a day – when you skip meals and snacks it actually works against you.  Be careful with high fat snacks – you can’t eat a huge bag of almonds just because it is “clean” – they still have a lot of calories.
·         Be prepared with meals J
